Natural Asthma Cures

How to naturally cure your asthma

Its no secret that asthma is on the rise and claims millions of lives each year, there are somethings which you can do to help your asthma condition as well as actually getting rid of your asthma.

The main reason people tend to have asthma is not what most people think. Most people attribute asthma to genetics and one being born with the condition, after all this is what most doctors tell their clients or patients.

But nothing could be further from the truth, asthma is neither a genetic nor some random disease, in fact asthma has been labeled a disease when it is in fact neither of them.

So then what is asthma? Asthma is nothing more (and let me make sure you understand this) than a byproduct of hyperventilation. The more you inhale through your mouth the faster you will develop asthma conditions.

Asthma conditions only develop when you continually breath through your mouth and when you continue taking in more oxygen than a normal person.

If you were to analyze the breathing patters of what doctors call healthy non asthmatic patients you will notice that first of all they do breathe through their nose and second of all they breathe around seven to eight liters of air per minute.

Now if you compare this to asthmatics, you will find that they breathe in around seventeen to eighteen liters of air per minute and that they breathe through their mouths.

This is one of the only reasons why people develop asthma. Breathing through your mouth automatically makes you breathe in more air, animals and humans when stressed breathe through their mouths.

Most people in today's modern society do not even realize they are stressed, many children also are suffering a higher amounts of stress than ever before and as a result of this stress are breathing in through their noses, thereby causing asthma conditions.

Stress, coupled by breathing through your mouth coupled by unhealthy eating which most people in the west eat, all compounds and thereby the resulting factor is asthma.

Asthma can be contained by simply breathing through your nose when you are a sleep or when you are awake. If you eat healthy unprocessed foods your asthma condition will improve drastically.

If you plan to do any form of exercise then you should always reduce your breathing before do any sporting activities, if you sleep always try sleeping on your side.

Sleeping on your back is one sure way to wake you up and cause you to have an asthma attack. White flour products coupled with dairy products should be avoided. If you can gradually start breathing in less through your nose you will naturally reduce your dependency on most asthma inhaler products out there.

To reduce your stress is another major factor which helps reduce your asthma, you should try to breathe through your nose once again and also be sure to exercise, excercise does help reduce your dependency on asthma medication and helps reduce stress, one of the best forms of exercise for asthmatics is swimming.
